Chandler Family Medicine and Preventive Care

Individualized family medicine, centered on prevention and whole-person care.

Meet Dr. Chandler

Dr. Cortney Chandler was born and raised in West Virginia. She earned her BS in Biology from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Washington Hospital Family Medicine Residency.

After residency, Dr. Chandler spent two years in Honduras with the Samaritan’s Purse Post-Residency Program. She later practiced in urgent care and primary care settings and served as a Regional Medical Director before returning to urgent care. She is excited to return to primary care through a direct primary care model.

Her philosophy of care is grounded in osteopathic principles and emphasizes the importance of rest, movement, and nutrition in supporting long-term health. She enjoys helping patients make practical, sustainable lifestyle changes while also providing thoughtful medical care when needed.

She lives in Mount Juliet with her husband and five children and enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, and being active in her church community.
